Privacy Policy
This explains what information Quorvid collects, why, who handles it, and the choices you have. The person responsible for your information (the “controller”) is Kashif Khan, an individual based in Pakistan, reachable at support@quorvid.com.
1. What we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture, plus a Google account identifier. We don't see your Google password.
- Your content. What you type or upload — topics, scripts, prompts, photos, audio and video — and the videos, images, audio and clips Quorvid makes for you, along with settings you choose.
- Credits and purchases. Your credit balance and history, and a record of each purchase (amount, date, pack and Paddle's transaction ID). We never receive your card details — they go straight to Paddle.
- API keys and assistants. If you create an API key we store a one-way hash of it (never the key itself), its name, daily limit and when it was created and last used. If you connect an AI assistant, the text you or the assistant send to Quorvid (topics, scripts, prompts) and what Quorvid makes are handled like content you create in the app. What the assistant's own provider does with that conversation is covered by that provider's terms and privacy policy, not ours.
- Referrals. If you sign up through someone's referral link or share your own, we record the link between the accounts to give out rewards.
- Technical information. Your IP address and basic request information are processed to run the service and to protect it from abuse and bots, and our servers keep operational logs for security and debugging.
2. Why we use it
- To provide Quorvid: sign you in, make what you ask for, store your Library, and handle credits and refunds (this is needed to carry out our agreement with you).
- To keep the service safe: prevent fraud, abuse and bots, and enforce our Terms (our legitimate interest).
- To contact you about your account, a purchase or a refund, and to answer your support messages.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations, such as keeping payment records.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your content to train our own AI models. We don't run advertising or tracking cookies.
3. Who else handles your information
Quorvid is built from specialist services. To produce your result we send them only what they need. They process it under their own terms and privacy policies:

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect people and the service from fraud or serious harm. If Quorvid is ever sold or transferred, your information may move with it, and you would be told.
4. Where your information goes
We are in Pakistan and our providers are in many countries, including the United States and the European Union. By using Quorvid your information may be processed in those places. Where the law requires safeguards for international transfers, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer.
5. Cookies and similar technology
- Quorvid uses a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to complete the sign-in process securely. Without them the service doesn't work.
- The sign-in page uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which may store a small token to tell humans from bots.
- The website and app load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, so Google can see your IP address when the page loads.
- We don't use advertising or analytics trackers.
6. How long we keep it
- Your content stays in your Library until you delete it. You can delete any item yourself in the Library — deleting removes it and its files from our storage.
- Your account stays until you ask us to close it. Email support@quorvid.com from your account address and we will delete your account and your content within 30 days.
- Payment and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires, even after your account is closed, but without your content.
- Backups. Deleted data can remain in our backups for a limited period (up to about 30 days) before it is overwritten.
- Logs are kept only as long as needed for security and debugging.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR, or laws in some US states), you may have the right to: see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, get a copy of it, object to or limit some uses, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. To use any of these rights, email support@quorvid.com. We may need to confirm it's really you first, and we'll reply within a reasonable time (normally within 30 days).
8. Security
We protect your information with measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), signed and limited-time sign-in cookies, access controls and rate limiting. No online service is perfectly secure, and we can't promise absolute security, so please also protect your own account.
9. Children
Quorvid is for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has given us information, tell us and we'll delete it.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. If a change is significant we'll tell you in the app or by email. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
