Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Kashif Khan (“we”, “us”), who operates Quorvid at quorvid.com. By creating an account or using Quorvid you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. What Quorvid is
Quorvid is a web application that helps you make videos, images, audio and related content using artificial intelligence and third-party services. You describe what you want (a topic, a script, a prompt or a picture) and Quorvid produces a result. Quorvid is run by Kashif Khan, an individual based in Pakistan.
2. Your account
- You sign in with a Google account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Quorvid.
- Keep your account secure. You are responsible for what happens under it. Tell us right away at support@quorvid.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
- One person per account. Don't share it or sell access to it.
- We may limit or suspend accounts to protect the service, other users or ourselves (for example for abuse, fraud or non-payment).
2A. API keys and AI assistants
- You can create personal API keys so an AI assistant or another tool (for example Claude, through a connector) can use your account. A key acts as you: it spends your credits and free daily credits and can create and read your content. It cannot buy credits, delete content, clone voices, create other keys or change your account.
- You are responsible for everything done with your keys, including what an AI assistant does on your instructions, so keep keys secret. Each key has a daily spending limit that you set, and you can revoke a key at any time. If a key may have leaked, revoke it straight away and tell us.
- Assistants can make mistakes. Check the price and the result before you rely on them. Credits an assistant spends are not refundable just because it was not what you meant; our Refund Policy and the automatic return of credits for failed jobs apply as usual.
- We may limit or switch off API access to protect the service. Claude is a product of Anthropic; Quorvid is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.
3. Credits, prices and payment
- Quorvid works with prepaid credits. You buy a credit pack and spend credits when you generate things. The number of credits an action will use is shown in the app before you press the button.
- Prices are in US dollars. Taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) are calculated and added at checkout where required.
- Paddle is the seller of record. Payments are handled by our payment provider, Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), which acts as merchant of record. Your card or PayPal details are entered on Paddle's form and are never seen or stored by us. Paddle's own Buyer Terms apply to your purchase.
- Credits don't expire while your account is in good standing. They have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and can't be exchanged for money except as set out in our Refund Policy.
- If a generation fails, the credits it used are returned to your account automatically.
- We may change the prices of credit packs, or how many credits an action costs, at any time. Changes never affect credits you have already bought, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
- The free daily credits we give each account are a courtesy: they can only be used on the tools we mark as free, don't carry over to the next day, have no cash value, and we may change the amount or stop offering them at any time.
- Free credits we give you (for example when you sign up or refer a friend) have no cash value and are not refundable. We may remove them if we find misuse, such as creating many accounts to collect free credits.
4. Refunds
Our refund rules are in the Refund Policy, which is part of these terms. In short: unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days; used credits and free credits can't be.
5. What you may not do
You are responsible for what you create and how you use it. You must not use Quorvid to:
- create or share content that is illegal, or that sexualises minors in any way;
- make deepfakes or impersonations — including synthetic video, images or voices of a real person without that person's clear permission, or content meant to deceive people about who said or did something;
- harass, threaten, defame or incite violence or hatred against anyone;
- create misleading content meant to deceive people about real events, elections, health or safety;
- infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights, or upload material you don't have the right to use;
- produce spam, scams, malware or content for fraud;
- try to break, probe or overload the service, bypass limits, resell access, scrape it, or reverse engineer it;
- abuse payments — for example buying credits and then disputing the charge after using them.
The artificial-intelligence and media services Quorvid relies on have their own usage rules, and you must follow those too. We use automated checks and may review content, and we may refuse a request, remove content, or suspend or close an account that breaks these rules — without refund where the breach is serious. To report abuse, write to support@quorvid.com.
6. Your content and the results
- You keep your rights. You keep ownership of what you upload and write. As between you and us, you may use the results Quorvid creates for you, including commercially, as far as the law and the rights of others allow.
- You give us a limited permission to store, process and send your content to the services that help produce your result, and to show it back to you. We use it only to run Quorvid for you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train our own AI models.
- Results may not be unique or owned by anyone. AI output can resemble other people's output, and in some countries it may not be protected by copyright. We don't promise exclusivity.
- Stock footage and music. Some videos use stock footage and photos from services such as Pexels and Pixabay under their free licences, and generated or licensed-for-use background music. You are responsible for following those licences when you publish.
- Check before you publish. AI can make mistakes, including wrong facts, names, dates and numbers. Review everything. You are responsible for what you publish, including any labelling of AI-generated content that platforms or laws require.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Quorvid running, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. Parts of it depend on third-party services that can be slow, change or go down. We may add, change or remove features, or change how they work, at any time.
8. No warranties
Quorvid is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties about it, including that results will be accurate, original, suitable for a particular purpose, or earn money on any platform.
9. Limit of our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or lost opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim about Quorvid is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if that is higher. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
10. If you break these terms
You agree to cover reasonable losses and costs we suffer because you broke these terms or the law, or because of content you made or uploaded, to the extent the law allows.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using Quorvid at any time. To close your account and delete your data, email support@quorvid.com from your account address. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms. If we close your account for a serious breach, unused credits are forfeited; otherwise unused paid credits can be refunded under the Refund Policy.
12. Privacy
How we handle your information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, but this doesn't take away any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. If you have a problem, please contact us first at support@quorvid.com — most issues can be fixed quickly. If we can't settle it, the courts of Pakistan will have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we'll tell you in the app or by email. Using Quorvid after a change means you accept it.
